Below is a list of the VIAAA's current programs and benefits:

• Annual State Conference

• Annual Student-Athlete Scholarships to deserving candidates from around the state

• Professional development opportunities — Leadership Training Classes (LTC)

• New Athletic Director Workshop each summer

• Out Reach and Out Teach Programs to reach ADs around the state with LTC Classes

• Athletic Directors of the Year Awards-four total- one from Divisions 5 & 6, one from Divisions 3 & 4, one from Divisions 1 & 2 and one from the Independent Schools

• Special Awards for excellence Inside and Outside the Field of Athletic Administration

• Quarterly Newsletter, the ADmission and website, viaaa.org
