The National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) offers a variety of courses on http://nfhslearn.com.  These vary from free to a minimal cost, usually around $50.  They also cover various topics that are all relevant - some a sport-specific and more closely aligned to coaches education.  Others are pertinent to anyone working with students in activities and athletics.  For more specific information visit the nfhslearn website.
